Electrical Maintenance

      I worked for a licensed electrician and offer the following services: installing ceiling fans, lights, switches, outlets, exterior flood lights and more!  

     The good news is that my prices are at least 50% LESS than a electrician!  

     For example: a few months ago I hung 3 ceiling fans and 2 pendant lights for a couple in the Roselyn Subdivision (Rt 521 Lancaster, SC). 

    After charging them $415 they told me a local electrician estimated the job at $1,200!!     

   A $785 savings!!
